PET SITTING

Pet sitting is available for those who are going out of town, for any length of time, and do not need overnight care.

Ozell's Animal Care does not currently offer overnight care services.

Daily care includes all animals that dwell within and without of the home, and will be customized to your specific needs.

Care can include:

AM and PM feedings
AM and PM dog walks
Midday check-in
Dog training
Medications (if needed)
Light plant watering
Extensive garden care
Mail collection
Waste management
Outside garbages for trash day
Special requests
Cuddles & playtime!

Rate is TBD and depends on location, number and variety of animals + work/time required.

KITTY CARE

Visits include:

Feeding & fresh water

45 min = $30

60 min = $40

HORSES, FARM ANIMALS & OTHER COMPANIONS

DOG WALKING / HOME PLAY

1 - 2 DOGS

3 DOGS

30 min = $30

DAYCARE

This service is great for those who have a new puppy, kitten, elderly or special needs animal, or just simply don't feel comfortable leaving their animals home alone for long periods of time while out and about. Whatever the circumstances may be, we are happy to help!

Daycare can include:

(1 or 2) 30-60 min dog walk
Dog training
Feeding (if needed)
Medications (if needed)
Waste management
Cuddles & playtime!

- At clients home only

- Min of 2 hours and max of 5 hours

- Day and evening care only, not an overnight service

- Mileage fee may be added

Rate depends on location, number of animals + work/time required.

CONSULTATION

A "Meet n' Greet" will be set up prior to the first service so we can discuss further details of your needs as well as confirm dates, duties and anything else you need. A client intake form and service agreement will be sent to you via email and can be filled out electronically.

15 min = $15

30 min = $25

45 min = $30

60 min = $40

HOLIDAY FEES

Below fees will be added to the total service amount on the following holidays...

$10 | MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve

$20 | Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day

PAYMENT TERMS

Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Check, Venmo and PayPal.

New clients booking for a specific time period: We request a 50% of total down payment to reserves dates. Remaining amount shall be paid in full at the completion of service.

For Cash & Check payments: drop off or pick up can be arranged.

There will be a $10 fee for pickups. (Petaluma residents only).

kindly provide 1 week notice.

If cancelled less than 24 hours - 100% of the total service amount for the day cancelled/rescheduled, will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand things come up, schedules change, and emergencies happen, so we do try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. Please note, with last minute cancellations, it's unlikely we will be able to refill the spot and why the below policies are in place. If you do need to cancel, please give us as much advance notice as possible. Thank you!

Those booking weekly and recurring services - kindly provide 24 hour notice.

Those booking services for a specific time period only - kindly provide 1 week notice.

If cancelled less than 48 hours of service - 100% of the total service amount will be charged.

If cancelled less than 1 week - 50% of the total service amount will be charged.

Holiday Cancellation

For dates 11/1 thru 1/1:

If cancelled less than 1 week - 100% of the total service amount will be charged.

Early Returns

Ozell's Animal Care turns down many additional booking requests to keep your reserved visits on the schedule. Therefore, if you arrive home early, the scheduled visits already in progress will still be charged at 100%.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

& NATURAL DISASTER

In the event of inclement weather or a natural disaster, Ozell's Animal Care will use our best judgement regarding the care of your animals and your home. This includes but is not limited to, altering visit times and feeding schedules. Should we not be able to make a house visit, we will depend on an emergency contact provided by you at time of initial consultation. Emergency contact information must be kept current, and contact must be able to access your home.
